I believe there will be more new vertical design to maximize the land use and limit the transportation need so can reduce the carbon footprint.

I can see that you are a young man with a sensitive observation and thoughtful discipline.

Yes, I did have a chance to talk to a few builders and developers. The news is not good. No one will do this simply because of the cost of the land in the city of Taipei. I still think they can break even if they can reduce all the construction cost and the marketing cost. No one wants to change their game.

It would be more likely to build in other major cities in Taiwan. Well, if we keep dreaming, one day, you might be able to have a place like this in the rural area. It all depends on how badly you want to live a lifestyle like this.

拖了這麼久才來回覆這篇觀後心得.
每次看完您在ICB的專欄之後,都覺得疲累的心情可以獲得一些認同而喘口氣.
現在的我退伍3個月了,在參加服裝比賽的同時也整理一些資料.

突然發現筆記裡有當初在營裡要留言給你的觀後心得.
關於這樣的住宅我愛死了,
或許只喜歡兩人空間的我來說這真的是很棒的夢想.
當然,我仔細考慮過自己是不是會花很多時間待在那陽台上.
其實也不.

但,那陽台真正給的不只是空間而已,
最重要的是它讓整個空氣的對流更加活絡.
就算從室內看出去應當都能感受.

看完這篇之後,也學到’尊重父母的擺設’,
以前我總是為了傢具或著鍋碗瓢盆之類的跟家母大小聲.

不過,要搬出去真的不是簡單的任務.
不過我會盡快朝著這個方向前進.
